Justin Woodford is a husband, father of two young children, and advisory consultant for a finance and accounting firm. Originally from southwest Ohio, Justin moved to Chesterfield, Virginia, in middle school and currently lives in Midlothian.
His vision of Virginia is one where the Commonwealth serves as a model for the entire country on issues from workers’ rights to universal healthcare, affordable housing, and environmental protection.

Justin understands first-hand the challenges that so many families in Virginia are facing today and the questions that haunt working- and middle-class families: Will we be able to buy our first home? Can I afford healthcare for myself and my family? Can we afford to send our children to quality daycare and one day help them with higher education? How can we ensure the quality of the schools they attend, the cleanliness of the air they breathe and the water they drink, and the safety of the communities we all live in? Will we be able to fully retire when the time comes?
Justin has spent years considering each of these issues and understands that in pursuit of making sure that every Virginian lives a life of dignity and safety in a more just society, we need bold leadership to address the interwoven challenges and crises that Virginia families are facing today.
